Once the purchase is made, it is immediately processed and the training start action is taken, which means that cancellation or refund is usually not possible.

However, we understand that sometimes the choice of a skill training and computer course can be made by mistake. In such cases, you can request to convert the one-time batch to another skill training and computer course of the same value within 7 days of purchase. We encourage you to carefully review all course descriptions before enrolling.
